I was in a car accident almost two years ago and finally got my settlement check....I got the Canon G10! I am actually impressed with this camera. It can go fully manual and in my opinion worth every penny.
I plan to put my camera to good use! I'm going to start the 365 project in May. I want to document from May to May because there will be a lot of milestones in my life. And I would like to be able to look back at that year in pictures! Wish me luck!

I've been using the D50 for quite sometime now atleast 4 yrs! for a while I only used the kit lens 18-55mm, then I started to use the nikkor prime 50mm 1.8 then ~Ke- gave me his wide angle 12-24mm and sigma lenses which are 80-200mm. I'm not sure what you want to shoot, but if you're into portrait etc...i think the nikkor 30mm 1.4 that's just out now would be a nice one...it's only good for closeup but also wide enough for street photography.
well hope all is good
